Yeah. I practically poo in happiness when new JSA issues come out, and haven't minded a few of the tie-ins. But Countdown just sucks.

I think it's a great premise. Just poorly handled. Hell, Infinite Crisis did a great job with their "Countdown" (Identity Crisis, OMAC, Villains United, etc.)...you'd think DC would have the "big buildup" thing down to a science by now.

only thing i like about countdown was 'Arena', monarch and the fact they used harley quinn... didnt do it to well but eh.

He was suppose to move to Oa with Guy. End up in Countdown...he was the Ion, Parallax, then just another GL corp, and such, such, and such....

It's not going to get better (unless they do completely irrelevant issues for the next three) ... and Prime is an ass hat for showing up in this piece of shit. Only reason I started reading this series...

I agree, i was so disinterested in the recent stories, and now mary has just got to be a power hungry character with no depth....way to go 🙁

It's funny that the thing I hate the most about Countdown is what they've done with Jason, despite all the other horrible plot points. Probably because he was the only main character I cared for from the start, with Piper and Trickster joining as the plot advanced.

I stop reading a while ago. What happened to Piper and Trickster? (I liked that storyline)
