Considering Sabertooth and Wolverine can stalemate and Spidey/Wolvie had tied in a fight before, I can see Spiderman stalemating with Sabertooth.
Spidey has gone against more powerful foes and walked out either stalemating or being the victor of the fight.

In all of spiderman and wolverine encounters, except 1, wolverine has owned him and quite easily. Now if wolverine has owned spiderman sabertooth should do it with no problem since it is sabertooth>wolverine. Captain america has owned spiderman and quite easily and cap is sabertooth>wolverine>captain. You give spiderman to much credit. Lets put it like this, spiderman has no kind of way of stopping wolverine or sabertooth whereas sabertooth and wolverine are fast enough to get a lick off of spiderman. If 5 hand ninjas had spiderman running what do you think that spiderman can do against someone that killed 1000 hand ninjas in his 1st appearance. Its no stalemate. I know it feels bad that Im telling you this about your favorite character.
By the way here is the fight with the hand ninjas and this is where it ended after spiderman STOP RUNNING from the ninjas to come up with a way to beat them. So i actually showed you the good part.

Um, Spiderman has had instances were he has owned Wolverine (Smashing his head into tombstone and chance to break neck in SVSW, Knocking him unconcious in MTU and making him stab himself almost to death in MTU)
BTW, Spiderman has single handedly defeated Sabertooth before when he worked for the foreigner.
So, If we use your logic, since Spiderman can defeat Sabretooth, Wolverine is toast.

DOESN'T EXIST.... Spiderman would have tried to break an admantium neck and he would have FAILED.... Are you really gonna argue that Spidey can break admantium now?

Wolverine was completely concious and the only point were Wolverine stabbed himself was when he CHOSE to do it TO HIMSELF... Spiderman didn't "make him stab himself almost to death"... which by the way, shows how much you know about Wolverine's damage soak which is to say.. JACK SHIT...
Doesn't change the fact of the matter that Wolverine's had Spiderman dead to rights more times than the opposite, so that settles that.
And yeah by carver's logic Sabretooth WOULD lose considering Spiderman "beat him" before....
You know, if Sabretooth didn't have a healing factor, or super strength, or super human speed, or an adamantium skeleton, or years of h2h combat training.. all traits that weren't written into his character until YEARS after he met up with Spiderman who didn't even beat him anyways... Spiderman haphazardly caused Sabretooth to beat himself when Sabes pulled off spidey's webbing and ripped his face off... an injury that wouldn't even slow Sabretooth down now-a-days....
So why don't you go and read some comics, gain some knowledge, and learn your shit before you come into this house talking your shit, and accusing other people of having ignorance; a trait which you clearly have an abundance of.
