First off, Apoc is not more durible than Surfer (unless he starts to take planet destroying attacks, go through suns, go through asteroids, take planets destroying around him to no effect)!

What?the scream can pwn Thor,Hulk,Gladiator and just about everyone else......but not Apoc?

you should also be aware that certain areas of the moon (attilan, and where the watcher is, I think it's called the "blue" area of the moon) do have an atmosphere.
Black bolt still needs Air. Apoc could wreck the environment or BFR blackbolt and simply kill him.

I thought black bolt was only around class 75? Apocalypse's strength is variable- he can amp it to "unknown" levels. if it came to a slugfest, BB would be in a lot of trouble here. The "scream" is his best chance at a win.

At his base level he's class 75,but he can amp himself up with energy he absorbs.If it comes to a Slugfest Apoc is the one in trouble....classic Sphinx was A beast.
Too......damn.......small! >_< And that looks more to be a low showing for Surfer. Surfer has survived suns exploding, asteroids, blasts from other heralds, and of course, Thanos (although he was in sorry shape after Thanos....). I don't see BB's scream as being more powerful than those things. Apoc is probably using his molecular control to negate the damage from BB's scream, which may be why he does so well against it.

Surfer's also been KO'ed by Thor, The Thing, Thanos multiple times, and a Brick. (ok ok, the brick is PIS)
he's not always shown to be hyper-durable. I recall one scan where he was taking shots from an enraged hulk without blinking, and others where he gets KTFO by hulk. didn't hulk almost just kill him recently?
The thing about (classic) apocalypse is his stats aren't fixed and he has the ability to amp them just like surfer does.
He stood up to it once......and in recent years got blown away......I know it was House of M...but i've seen people use the heroes reborn Apoc holding Hulk all to often.

House of M is alternate reality with a wanda created apocalypse. (original apoc had been killed, and was resurrected by cable AFTER house of M) That's why that showing doesn't count. Heroes reborn doesn't count for the same reason.
What DOES count is apocalypse restraining Hulk prior to re-creating him as war hulk. it wasn't for very long, but Hulk had to ASK to be let go. How often does an angry hulk have to ASK anything?
