Marveldatabase.com says BB's normal level is around 1ton, 60 with amping.

Now, I don't know how accurate that is. But I am damn sure BB is not on Apoc's level of strength, even at Apoc's base.

There's nothing in these scans that indicates Surfer's durability couldn't stand up to BB. 😕
All I'm seeing is Surfer getting trapped for a seconds beneath a bunch of rocks, and then gets up.

Surfer's also been KO'ed by Thor, The Thing, Thanos multiple times, and a Brick. (ok ok, the brick is PIS)he's not always shown to be hyper-durable. I recall one scan where he was taking shots from an enraged hulk without blinking, and others where he gets KTFO by hulk. didn't hulk almost just kill him recently?
The thing about (classic) apocalypse is his stats aren't fixed and he has the ability to amp them just like surfer does.

Umm... he was cut off by his source of power (Power Cosmic), and he was owning the hell out of Hulk (and all his buddies), until Hulk broke his mind control tab, and then cheapshotted him, when Surfer was thanking him... from behind, I might add, and had to beat on him repeatidly...
So... Apoc can reach Surfer status?
