If Cap can tag Quicksilver and speedstars and dodge speedstars, Vash really has no speed advantage at all. In fact, he's probably at a disadvantage. Plus Cap can take slugs into him like nothing. So, what does Vash have?

Not superior speed. not superior physically. Not superior in durability.

Vash is quite fast as well . . . and he's a hell of a shot . . . once that shield leaves Cap's hand Cap is dead

But just the same, people could spend all day pulling up scans of Batman tagging people like Wonder Woman, Flash, Superman, but we all know he isn't that fast.

Batman isn't remotely on Cap's level of speed. And other speedstars, like Quicksilver have actually said they were impressed with Cap's speed. He's also been compared to speedstars by characters.

And this is not a Batman vs Cap thread, I was just making the comparison of him tagging superspeeders doesn't mean a whole lot. It can be done for any character. The forum is different though.

vash and cap are even untill vash uses his cosmic powers then it's all over. I wish we knew the extent of those powers. it's more then just the angel arm. Oh also vash is just as good at using his gun as cap is with his shield.

I also suspect Vash has a high degree of probability control.

cap => =< ( that is suppose to be greater then or equal to sign and a lesser then or equal to sign but I don't know how to make them) batman according to anybody who has a brain and reads comics.
