"You kidding with me?" He growled, watching the wolf. "Why would we eat her? We are wolves, not savages! She is just a pup. A pup we can take care of better than you will ever be able to imagine" He said, walking towards the wolf, baring his teeth, growling. "Let her go. She is far better of out here with us than she will ever be with you" He said, turning silent for a moment. He was not sure that it really was so, but he hoped it was. Kova did not exactly seem like a saint in his eyes.
He was only going to give her one more chance, before he would have to take force as action. He tensed his muscles, taking yet another step forward. "No one needs to get hurt. Just leave the pup be and walk away"

She smiled eerily and stepped in front Kiri before quickly commanding her to stay put.

" Im sorry. but that was not an option. "

Kova appraoched Carbo slowly, placing her paws softly on the ground, giving the wolf the chance to turn in retreat, she knew he knew what it meant. her eyes locked on his, her tail was flagged and her head low. Her black colour was illuminated by the rising moon.

Carbo crounched, observing Kova carefully "You are wrong.. It was the only option you had" She motioned him to leave, but he had quite the opposit way of thinking in mind, as he lauched himself at her with a tackle, pushing her violently to the ground, stopping on top of her.. He decided to make it a quick fight, going straight towards the throat without attempting to weaken the opponent first..

Kova, swept suddenly off her feet snarled in a fitful rage, twisting her body, and sliding on her feet a few inches as her eyes locked onto the males. She smiled then snarled loudly as she leapt deffiantly onto his back, pulling him onto his side by latching her jaws into his shoulder. the taste of his blood rolled down her tongue. Her heart leapt, adrenaline pumping as her wild instincts took over.

Kova let go for a moment, drifting backward, her tail and ears back defensively. She bared her now bloody teeth, and as she growled bits of bloody saliva flew out. her upper neck had two small puncture wounds, but they bothered her non as she stood waiting for the wolf to either retaliate or retreat.

Kiri watched on, horrified, to afraid to stand. she didn't know what to do, her legs had given out and all she could do was watch helplessly, shaking in fear. Her jaw dropped, and as soft salty tears ran down her pale furry cheeks she silently formed the word ' Carbo '. What had she done...? this was all her fault.

Carbo moved sidewards, before pushing himself at low height in under the wolf. Taking the risk that she could reach his neck, he reached under her, getting up with a rapid phase. Fortunatly, things moved fast enough and his neck remained with the role as his neck. Kova was launched up in the air, Carbo getting up on his backlegs to meet Kova while in air. He smashed his paw in her, throwing her to the side, as she slid along the ground.

Carbo bared his teeths, growling. He did his best to ignore the injuries that he had inflicted, knowing he had lived trough much worse. He carried a deer, badly wounded and hungry. A simple wolf-dog would not be a match. He launched himself over her, who was laying on her side, going for her throat once more.
He turned his head quickly, noticing Kiri trembling in fear. Was she hurt? "Kiri?" He for an instant forgot about Kova, close of tripping over her, he halted and jumped backwards. He had to remain focused, or this could be the death of him.

Kova kept her feet steady on the ground, and rebounded as Carbo was momentarily distracted. Rather than slashing through his neck though, she decided to leave something he wouldn't forget. Her muzzle snapped down over Carbo's, her gleaming white teeth sinking into his jaw. her lower jaw pulled forward on his, and blood began to dirty Carbo's pale muzzle. Kova released him and moved her widened jaws toward his stomach , missing only narrowly.

Carbo's legs weakened a little bit from the bite, as he gave out a whine.. He was not going to let her win this, as he launched himself over her when she missed him.. He landed on top of her, who was wrestled to the ground and the impact onto the ground was heavy, pushed down by the weight of Carbo. He pushed himself up again, landing on a rock behind her. Again, he leaped down at her as she laid on the ground and the two of them slid closer to the river.. He this time went to insert his damaged jaw in her back..

Arctica looks around, her eyes trailing the rocks infront of her. She trots to another rock, looking around. She growls, "Where the bloody hell did everyone go..." Her pack left her, she has no where else to go...Now she decides that she most sit here and wait...Hoping no other wolf will stand in her way of doing. She licks her paw, a bit of blood trickling down from a bite wound ontop of it. She nuzzles the wound gently, her fur white fur turning abit red. She lays down onto the rock, still watching, and awaiting patenitaly.

Len, who was still looking for his pack, could smell the new wolf, and immediately went to question why it was in the Soldi Pack's territory. HE stopped by the white female wolf and growled lightly, "Who are you and what are you doing here in our territory?!"

Arctica stands immdently and snarls baring her teeth, her midnight eyes glowing with the warmth of a billion moons. "I am lost. I was seperated from my pack. I do not wish to fight." She looks at this wolf, her glaze never leaving the being...

Len returned the snarl, his fur standing on end and his tail raised, "There are no wolves like you around here, or I would smell them, or you would!" he said before sighting, losing his interest in the anger, "Ugh... I'd suppose being separated from you pack.. You'd want to join a new one?"

Arctica arches her tail abit, sniffing the rock around her, trying to find a trace or maybe a hint of her pack...She growls in frustration...She shakes her head abit, her ears on their peak to make sure she can keep them open for her packs howling..."No...I must wait for my pack. They wouldn't leave me. My father wouldn't have it." She looks at this wolf again, "Thankyou for your kindness."

Kiri could not take any more. Her body trembled, her eyes widened, and she didnt know what to think. she cried out Carbo's name and dove in front of him, Taking an impact from both the femal, and Carbo's powerful jaws. For a moment her eyes lit up, and everything rushed toward her. The next thing she realized was that a sharp yelp came from her own mouth, and she fell to the ground, limp. Her blood encircled her, she could taste it in her throat, feel it running down her neck, and see it spreading around her in deep crimson pools. Her breaths came short and shallow, and her eyes remained locked on Carbo's. She whispered softly. "Im sorry..If I upset..you "

Kova stopped in her tracks. Her own blood covered jaws hung open and low. Her legs trembled. That wasn't waht was supposed to happen. she began to pant. this couldn't be real... her body trembled as she shut her eyes tight, imagining that it didnt happen. she never wanted to hurt her. She knew she had to be tough to keep the wolves away ..but she was there to bring her to saftey. A man who took wolf dogs in...not do this.. not this, anything but this.

Kova whined unconciously, and dropped to her knees unable to stand.

She whimpers abit, yawning as she lays down onto the rock...Her ears still open just incase her pack howls...

Len just watched her, "The hunters may have got them." He said coldly, but honestly, "That's how it is in these parts, the hunters come, and kill us and our food."

She growls angerily as she stands on her feet again..."My pack is smarter than that..." She looks around again, then she lets out a blood curling howl... Meaning:FATHER WHERE ARE YOU!!!: She listens closely, hoping to hear from him back...She growls again softly, as she begins to pace around the rock...

Carbo sat quiet, watching Kira at the ground "Kiri" He said quietly, his ears folded backwards and his tail went in under his legs.. What had he done? This was not the way it should be.. He was supposed to help the pup, not bite it across the back.. He laid down, watching Kiri closely "Kira.. You never upset me.. Not once.. Please forgive me for this.. I did not mean for it to turn out this way" Carbo said, nuzzling Kiri who was laying on the ground bleeding.. He lowered his head, starting to take care of her wound with his tongue.. He felt awfull, licking blood from a pup that he himself injured severely..

Kiri smiled softly and licked the tip of Carbo's nose.

" It wasn't your fault. "

kiri said. Her eyes closed slowly, and her breathing slowed a little more. She managed to thank Carbo before losing conciousness..

Kova still shook. Her body wasn't comprehending this, and she didn't know what to do. She tried no nose the young animal's wounds closed, but it only caused her to bleed more. She bowed her head and finally too a deep breath, and was able to stand.

" She needs help.. She needs to see a vet. "

Kova wondered if the wolf knew what a vet was. She bowed her head, than stood and tilted her head back. She let out a strong, powerful howl which echoed through the forrest. She then turned to Carbo.

" Youd better leave here before he comes. "

"There's no way I'm leaving her like this.. If your hunter friend decide to shoot me, so be it!" Carbo said, placing his paw gently over the pup and continued the licking.. He did not have a clue what this vet was, but he decided that he could trust her with this.. No matter what they said, humans were good at some things.. Healing were one of them.. Carbo watched Kova slightly, sighing..

Len frowned a bit, "They're gone." He said simply before shaking some of the mud off of his fur, "Probably being made in to clothes for the humans now... You're a lucky one.."
