Ok so, Brother Blood is manipulating a resurrected Raven. She manipulates Starfire into fighting Flash and shows off her new body's physical strength.

When Brother Blood channels more energy into Raven, she achieves contact with every soul on the planet - herself included - and snaps out of his brainwashing. He gets f*cked up.

Raven cures Mento of his mental illness.

Raven can alter minds permanently, ala Zatanna.

Teleporting.

With her soul cleansed, Raven's powers are easier to manage. She frequently starts teleporting the entire Titans roster about, instead of just by herself.

Causes an explosion? Shields from the bomb? This part of the story is ambiguous and cuts away immediately after so idk what happened.

Raven is the master of the nexus of all dimensions, where she can tap into the souls of all living things and it shapes to her whim.

Raven vs Phobia. Phobia attempts to frighten raven with her powers and Raven simply blocks her out with her own, more powerful illusion. Phobia only gets out because Raven offers her mercy.
