ASM just sets up the fight with him and KP in prison though, where he says he's going to kill KP. More dark veangeful stuff....cool, but not terribly momentous.
Personally, I'm halfways rooting for Fisk just so people can see that he's got some fighting chops even into this decade...he should lose to Spidey, but not before a great fight.
Already ordered about 20% of the feats. 🙂

Spidey is pissed off like no tomorrow though. And we all know what happens when Spidey is pissed off. Rightfully, he should kick Kingpin's ass all over that prison. 😉

Not so. A fist fight for Fisk in the first time in years. I'm excited.
Also, he already played his part in DD's release from prison. He's a recurring DD villian, but not "needed" in the strictest sense.
I do hope that it is a good fight. But Spider-Man is insanely pissed off (there is maybe one or two times when I've seen his this pissed off before), has had all his upgrades, and Fisk isn't really in his classic level anymore...so they really have to either put Fisk back to his crazy classic level or do something else to make the fight more fair.

Thing is, he never left his "classic" level...they just don't write him into many fist fights anymore. There's nothing to suggest he's been written down at all. It's just a popular forum assumption because he has no feats since about '95.

But maybe you're right and he has a few fights with DD, which would bring him down a notch or so if Matt fared well.
Still....this may be the one time where I'm rooting against Pete. Your thread will give Spidey all the respect he deserves, but KP's been my little pet project for a while now. If he just gets his c*nt punched in next issue, it'll be a blow to the cause.
