^That's the first Superman/Spider-Man crossover in the late 1970's, and the first ever DC/Marvel crossover.
Spider Man had temporarily inherited some massive power from somewhere, and it affected his mind too; can't recall all the details, but Dr. Doom was involved. It's not a bad scene.
