Thing easily, even with Tsunades speed and skill advantages.

No offense to thing but lady Tsunades with easy. She is just as strong, way faster, better fighting skills, plus jutsu and don't forget her genesis jutsu which make her unkillable in battle

Tsunade is not even close to Thing in strength or durability. She's around Luke Cage level at best.

She's not unkillable in battle, she can just regenerate non - fatal wounds until she runs out of chakra.

Thing destroys her.

non fatal wounds you means like the time when Lord orochimaru put his indestructable sword in her heart. just her presence was able to scare the giant brothers who possossed atleast class 50 or above strength.
the thing is an idiot and will get caught in her genjutsu and with one good hit it's rip ben

Thing stuggled to lift one of Wonderman's weights. Also doesn't matter who is stronger in this fight, she has abilities to put Thing down without using physical force.
