Exactally my point, Tsuande has vastly more than just super strength. One hit and she literally could cut the flow of blood to his brain, mess up his central nervous system. She's a high class medical ninja, she doesn't need to win through strength

Ben wins with ease. Tsunade has superstrength but her durability is that of a normal human being.

No it's not she can upgrade her body, plus she can heal any damage she takes.

That's only her ultimate regeneration technique, her basic healing chakra uses work just fine.
