I think they're about even if we are talking about the latest base level Thanos. True Darkseid with the ALE is probably weaker than Thanos from the Infinity Siblings story though.

In order for us to get a truly clear picture between the two, we would have to go into physical characteristics like Durability, endurance, power, strength, magical resistance, magical prowess, telepathic resistance, telepathic prowess, and overall versatility.

People continue to say that the Darkseid that was seen was not the true Darkseid. We have to decide which showing we are using to pit him against Thanos, or it will be considered a no show which risks automatic DQ.

So which Darkseid are we using?

And, yes current Thanos would destroy Darkseid even if he had the ALE.
