Infinity gems have never restructured the multiverse like miracle machine did (it also erased Monitor realm which is far beyond multiverse). In fact Nemesis (six gems+ego gem) spent all its power restructuring two universes.
And Superman's song wasn't amped by miracle machine, it wasn't even activated yet.
