Dude, you think the ALE, something that affects standard sentients, is going to have any effect on a celestial? Have you read any Eternals? Thought-wise, they seem to be almost machine-like. ALE isn't technopathy.

Promethian giants are roughly equivalent. Second, given what it's doing to Spectre in revelations and the results of it's use on earth, I'd say it's not going to be a problem.
