Promethian giants are roughly equivalent. Second, given what it's doing to Spectre in revelations and the results of it's use on earth, I'd say it's not going to be a problem.
Because Spectre is such a good benchmark for comparisons? I don't know if the story of Spectre in every major arc is something that can be replicated to others.
And Earth?
Stops at Odin. Some Promethean Giant stuff:
* Perfect beings that has accomplished everything, then breaking the Source Wall.
* Thousands and thousands of years are mere seconds to them.
* Metron needed to augment himself to get their attention.
* Their galaxy had some of the best tech known in existence.
* Able to transport planets from one place in the universe to another.
Don't know if they are on the level of Celestials, but they hardly have any play time. think Simonson labeled them close to Celestial level.
