Besides, I see little point in carrying on now in a debate that neither side seems likely to give up on. If you really consider the damage to be that critical, then make a note of it at the end, and declare the runner up in the polls as the winner of the contest, or mention that people who were friends of Face voted for him for that reason... either way, I see little reason to stir up more debate in this thread because of it.
