What's easiest to do is set up each frame as a new layer. then in image ready there should be an animation tool bar in the lower left-hand corner.

Turn on the first frame's layer, then click the "new frame" button. It looks like a new layer button.

Toggle the first layer off and turn the second layer on. Repeat for all subsequent frames.

then right click on each frame and choose restore to background, to make sure that there are no trails.

Next right click the 0 under the frame to set the duration you want the frame to be visable.

Play around with various settings to get a feel for the program, but before you post to the internet test your animation in a browser window to make sure it beahves like you want it to.

actually, my sig is pretty close...a lot of people say I look like Jason Aldean..so, I put a pic of him in as my sig.
