For the drafts:
Since there's 4 rounds, we could do a reverse order thing....
...so the #1 overall pick would have the last pick of Round 2 and 4, and the first in round 3. And vice-versa for each pick made in round 1.
Because otherwise it's just a race to see who can post quickest each round, or who has the most free time.

Hmmm ... any rules on how many appearances a character has to have had? ... last tourney there was a lot of sh!t kicked up (mainly by me ... 😮 ) about EX Absorbing Man and others because they had only appeared in 1 or 2 comics.
Having a rule about that could stop people picking some guy who was in half an issue of Exiles ... or something.

any character drafted must have atleast 12 appearances

Earth X absorbing man could turn into any material he had encountered and was over herald level. I'm damn sure he's over the cap. Hell, I'm not even sure we should allow regular Absorbing man or the other elemental guys.
He wasn't trying to sneak EX AM in 😛
