he may not be j'onzz, but he's close and has even beatne j'onzz on at least one occasion with a little prep. we're talking about a top-shelf tp, just so's we're all clear on the level limit.
Not necessarily. But in any case there are already heavy tabs placed on what a Telepath can or cannot do. So in terms of the tourney Telepaths are already limited. Grodd Level seems fair IMO. 😬

i believe a case could be made that grodd is at or near prof x level -- perhaps not in straight tp, but in psionic power, overall . . .

Well put, I'd probably say the same regarding Grodd and Xavier. IMHO Shadow King in terms of raw power would be above Xavier.
Both Jonn and Shadow King both have Planetary TP so it would be debatable...(Shadow Kings downfall is always his arrogance anyway though so in a battle Jonn should take it. That and SK's newly appointed multiversal entity status annoys me.) in anycase would it be fair in saying the Power Mesh cap for telepathy be around Jonn/Shadow King level?
It shouldn't really make much of a difference if Grodds TP is slightly below Manhunters.

In terms of raw power I'd say there pretty close to one another. Since lobotomies are pretty much banned telepaths even at that level would be kept from doing anything too flashy. I suppose a burst of raw Psi-Energy might give a team containing a telepath an unfair advantage. However it'd then be up to the tourney participants to pick a well balanced team.
