History: When he was young, he noticed strange marks on his now dead brother. He started researching these markings and found out what his sibling was. His brother was disowned by their parents and in a search he was able to come across an agency who tracked down Nomecs. They had tracked down his brother, but he was killed by the police. Now Roger works for the agents so he can research the Nomecs and find out what they are.
Weapon: A gun that shoots lasers that can burn you or even shoot right through objects with a high setting (higher setting are more unstable and can result in damage recoil). A chainsaw is bayoneted to the gun and he also has a dart gun that disables a Nomec's powers for a few seconds. (Is any of that godmodding?)

Powers for that element: When she uses her powers her eyes glow brightly, so she calls herself, Eeze.
Discription of powers:
Eeze can make water move in any motion at her demand. She can make Ice spikes appear onto anything, making things freeze up and shatter. *Meaning that the spikes go through things and make them freeze, then explode.* And can make water forefill any being and once again make them explode..

History: not much is known before the last few years, but eventually he found his half sister from his father's previous marriage and took her in.
Weapon: sword like the one Blade uses in the Blade movies, one Desert Eagle, and one MP5k5 submachine gun

Powers for that element: Darkness Strike, Hell Storm
Discription of powers:
Darkness Strike: forms a pure dark energy blade thing around his sword's blade, allowing him to strike through inanimate objects
Hell Storm: a barrage of pure darkness forms around his bullets, allowing them to penetrate lesser human armour.
