Appearance:Alexander has a very dark complexion, a light brown, if you may. His hair is a light silver tone, and is quite long, somewhere around mid-way down his back. His left eye is yellow, and quite normal, but his right has a black pupil, and the yellow iris has unnatural markings in it((it's cybernetic, of course))His right arm is covered in tattoes of deceased people, notably those of his family, and a cross, all interconnected by a network of chains and thorns. The tattoes are, of course, there to hide the various scars and markings that would reveal the fact that for the most part, the arm is cybernetic itself.
History: He has a very vague history, as far as what's known by others. He is a young recruit of the special agents who hunt the nomecs, but has managed to excel through the ranks at an unprecedented rate, despite his age. Nobody knows of his past before being accepted into the agency aside from the head, and some of his closer friends, whom he was cut off from when he was put on duty. The enhancements to his body were all done by scientists of the special agents, and are quite effective in the capture and execution of wily nomecs, if need be.
Weaponry: Koutetsu-His koutetsu, which is a Japanese-style sword with a blade slightly longer than that of a katana, is equipped with a charge cell in the metal blade, which gives the sword a powerful electric punch that is discharged upon each impact or slice of the blade...until the power runs out on it, that is.
Standard-issue .45 magnum handgun: powerful, strong kick-back for those who don't know how to use it well, custom-made for loading clips instead of single bullets, and manual fire only
Kisaragi 137 Sniper Rifle: Carried in an attache case, or strapped around his back, the K137 is a notably powerful, and very large rifle, with high-density explosive rounds that travel at high velocity.((It can be refitted to place a blade on the bottom body in exchange for a smaller, shorter barrel, which is only capable of firing normal sniper bullets at medium-to-longe range. With the regular one-meter barrel, the range of the bullets is maximum two miles.))
