I could never give up soda. The withdrawal headaches would be fierce. Have you had any bad ones so far, Ken?

Have you noticed any benefits from being soda free, compared to when you drank soda?

What about weight wise? I hear conflicting stories. Some say you will lose weight, some say you won't.

well i combined giving up soda along with excersize and being active, i lost 20 pounds in just a few months

Hmm...

I'm trying to eat less and be a bit more active than usual. We'll see if it pays off for me.

One major benefit for giving up soda, more money in my pocket. Just like when I quit smoking. I was able to save up money faster.

i look up to you... such will power....

Once you get past the first few days you get into a new groove and will see yourself automatically reaching for a glass of water compared to a bottle of soda.

Quite a few times at first I grabbed for the soda then had to remind myself of my goal.

You should, but if you do, make sure you drink good water. The water here where I live tastes like crap but I don't have money at the moment for bottled water.

Soda makes the man.

Giving up soda is almost as bad as giving up sex.

Well, no... Not really.

Maybe beer... Well... No...

Donuts! That's it! Giving up Soda is like giving up donuts! It's inhumane!

I'm bad at making a point 😕

Yes you are.

Did the men of the Old West drink soda? Did mountain men? How how Spartan's? Soda is not for men.

Giving up soda is like giving up TV...it's not needed, so if you want to do it, go ahead.
