I may not run 3 times a week, but I walk more than a mile (with jogging thrown in) nearly every day, light weight lifting for toning every other day and dieting with it...so hopefully the weight will be shed.

Well fish is some of the best meat for you...even still I won't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

Oh I know, I've come up with some good foods which fit in my strict diet.
Low fat grilled cheese (only fat comes from the bread), lots of brown rice with some soy sauce (not much) and egg whites fried into it (you can include your favorite veggies in to make it even better: peas, corn, green onions), low fat homemade tacos, lots of fruits and veggies, sub sandwiches, the list goes on. On my cheat days I tend to stay on my diet for the most part, but indulge myself without overeating during dinner.

Well my diet is ϋber strict, I have to have at least one cheat day per week.
It consists of staying at or just below 20 grams of fat total per day, but at the same time I need to have at least 30 grams of dietary fiber.
