Your read that from Wiki 😄 . Any ways their power is same like his, so if they can regenerate, so can he. If they can't die, so can't he. It all power
No, I didn't. And no, it isn't. Franklin is a human mutant with Celestial-level abilities. Just like Hulk in certain incarnations supposedly has Celestial-level strength.
Franklin is not made from Hyperspace energies. He doesn't even draw his power from there. And he's not thousands of feet tall. He's not a Celestial.

Phoenix Force has control over life and death its self.
That being said, it works either way in battle, if it dies it comes back.
And it can just banish franklin to death, simply.
"The Phoenix Force is an immortal, indestructible, and mutable manifestation of the prime universal force of life, derived from the psyches of all living beings. In its natural state, this life-cycle is enough to sustain the Force. However, in order to manifest itself on the physical plane, the Force must tap into the near limitless source of energy provided by life-force reserved for future generations, thus denying them existence. "
From latest GotG it seems like Celestial in Knowhere isn't dead, because he reassembled himself to talk to Warlock.
Also, PF still can be killed, as shown in Excalibur. Too bad it is pretty much the end of the universal life.
Franklin loses, IMO. I vaguelly recall an cross-annual storyline where he manifested his future self, which was matched with PF Rachel. And we know she didn't use ALL the PF...
