Scale.

Franky has never came close to warping reality on the scale Mxy has.

Didn't Mxy lose to SMP?

That was far from a loss.

Don't feel like going into that. However, there were several 'extenuating circumstances'.

Explain or concede.

Franklin is not a celestial. He has celestial-level power.

There's a difference.

Celestials can't die as far as we know. It took the power of TOAA to destroy Ziran and even Galactus was stunned by that.

Knowhere is unexplainable at the moment and someone brought up the one guarding the Heroes Reborn Universe? That's Ashema the Listener and she's only sleeping.

PF ftw.

Your read that from Wiki 😄 . Any ways their power is same like his, so if they can regenerate, so can he. If they can't die, so can't he. It all power

No, I didn't. And no, it isn't. Franklin is a human mutant with Celestial-level abilities. Just like Hulk in certain incarnations supposedly has Celestial-level strength.

Franklin is not made from Hyperspace energies. He doesn't even draw his power from there. And he's not thousands of feet tall. He's not a Celestial.

Celestials, and Franklin have the same source of power. They have the same abilities. They have the same power. They just aren't the same specie. One is a Human Mutant, while another is a Celestial. Remember Hulk had celestial-level strength, but he didn't have their abilities like Franklin has.

They do not have the same source of power. Hyperspace and psionic abilities are two entirely different things. Franklin isn't a Celestial. He's a human mutant. He can be killed. Just like any other human mutant (besides perhaps Mr. Immortal, etc.)

Franklin doesn't derive his power from Hyperspace like his kid does.

The Celestials wanted to recruit Frankin which sorta puts away the theory that Celestials are the collective conciousness of entire planets.

true true

Phoenix Force has control over life and death its self.
That being said, it works either way in battle, if it dies it comes back.
And it can just banish franklin to death, simply.

"The Phoenix Force is an immortal, indestructible, and mutable manifestation of the prime universal force of life, derived from the psyches of all living beings. In its natural state, this life-cycle is enough to sustain the Force. However, in order to manifest itself on the physical plane, the Force must tap into the near limitless source of energy provided by life-force reserved for future generations, thus denying them existence. "

From latest GotG it seems like Celestial in Knowhere isn't dead, because he reassembled himself to talk to Warlock.
Also, PF still can be killed, as shown in Excalibur. Too bad it is pretty much the end of the universal life.
Franklin loses, IMO. I vaguelly recall an cross-annual storyline where he manifested his future self, which was matched with PF Rachel. And we know she didn't use ALL the PF...
