J'onn locked away the Fernus part of his personality in the depths of his mind. He can't tap into it whenever he pleases. 😕

And as for J'onn splitting up his body... it would just be more corpses on the battle field.

How many beings in the DCU have Energy manip and projection in the DCU? As if Jonn isn't used to that. Jonn controls every molecule of his body. ANd he's faster than Cap. I can see Jonn forming holes around caps blast, going ingible, reading caps mind and just evading every attack. Cap has been knocked out by Wonder Woman in one punch. I'm sure Jonn can manage a knock out if he can get close enough.

Oh, and nvr... if you want J'onn to call on his Fernus reserved powers... CA can just call upon the Quantum Field for extra power. You know, that's how he created and destroyed his own UNIVERSE. 🙂

Captain Atom punked a Majestic who had a terminal illness,was getting hs ass beat by Apollo until he tricked the fool into going to the sun,and he was having difficulty with engineer.

Jonn has engineers Shapeshifting,Apollo's Physical stats and is more versatile then Majestic.

Atom is NOT immune to Telepathy.he is able to absorb psionic energy,but he takes it in too fast and he Quantum leaps.

How can it cross your minds that one of Comics most powerful Telepaths won't be able to overload him?

There Jonn is caught in a full scream from Asmodel,The most powerful bull angel and a near skyfather being,and he comes out fine.He then gets caught in an explosion and set aflame,yet 7 pages later he's still standing.

Now,ATom can't fight,hurt,see or damage Jonn.I could stop now,but i may as well put the final nail in the coffin.

That's all fine and Dandy,But this thread would be spite if we went that far. So i'm going by the best showing of Cap to date. Which would be a combine of His indestructible armor and his master of power in wildstorm. Cap is Uber, but jonn is just too fast, to intangible, to shape changy, to invisible for him to really lay a blast or a finger. He'd basically be a standing target for jonn to just zip in and out and tag, until one blow knocks cap out. If They had to fight power for power, they can take each other out. but jonn isn't going to fight stupid with cap.

He's not faster than Captain Atom. What's his max speed level? I think I saw him once going somewhere between Mach 20-100? Yeah, and Captain Atom's base speed is 1/2 c, and he can increase it via quantum amping. He can also amp his strength and durability as well.

It would be bad news for J'onn if he tried to enter Nathaniel's mind, so that's out.

Cap has been knocked out by Wonder Woman before? And Batman's hurt WW with a pressure point strike. Shit happens in comics. That's not a good way to base how durable he is. He certainly has better feats than that.

If J'onn gets in close, it would just favor CA even more. You have to remember that he has access to an unlimited supply of every single energy. He doesn't just fire blasts. He can use shields, and transmute folks as well. I wouldn't be surprised if he could also make himself intangible by using quantum energy. He's done just about everything else with it.

curious my martian friend, do you post the same scans in every thread? Considering this is captain atom writtan at his full ability, then we won't be seeing him being knocked out by Wonder Woman. even with him blocking off an attack from Superman Blue doesn't mean he can block an attack from captain atom. Captain Atom can still keep up with him in sheer speed, though the martian is faster, Captain Atom's speed is fair enough for him to keep up with him. Captain Atom's energy Manipulation is well enough to put The Martian in a coma. Atom's strength amped by the endless draw of the Quantom Field will put that of The Martians at shame. The only thing the martian has in this fight is going intangible, but it won't win him this fight. And The Martian reading Nate's mind would be ugly.
