Of course not.

It doesn't really matter though. Cap can't do anything to Cyber and Cyber just need one shot to win.

How the **** does Wolverine even beat him. The only way to beat him is to go for the face...and even then he has a healing factor as well...hes got insane durability.

um Cyber's face and eyes are NOT covered in adamantium. That's all Capt needs for a death blow.
