first cyber a meta human. he has superhuman every thing. He super strong many tiems stronger then capt.

Cyber an extremely skilled fighter he would hit capt way before capt ever landed a head shot. Not to mention that head shot would do jack shit to a man with superhuman durability and a healing factor lol.
