Guggenheim wrote a watered down Blade and he wanked Wolverine. Everyone knows that. Blade healed up similar wounds on his face when he fought Spitfire in minutes and those gashes were alot deeper.

Because Wolverine wasn't holding Blade's hands, he was holding his neck. If he was so inclined Wolverine would have and could have ended Blade in a heart beat. it wasn't long gone at all, wolverine standing over blade happens seconds after wolverine is shot, and the bullet holes are still open. Notice how wolverine lets Blade go and accepts that they are equals and that he won't have a problem with SHIELD, but thats because wolverines smarter than you. the fact that this statement was supported by the writer means it was in fact true, not that blade has been known to lie, in fact he knows when he's up against an opponent he can't face

I already showed you Wolverine's healing factor pushing machine gun fire out of his body seconds after he was shoot... which apparently you decided to ignore. Then I explained to you that their is nothing to suggest that the wounds are still open, just blood on his out fit from the initial damage. You also decided to ignore that. Then I told you that if Wolverine's healing factor hadn't healed the entry point of bullets (the first thing it would have healed) that it certainly wouldn't have been able to repair the actual organ damage which would have been significant considering where he was shot, but since he was perfectly fine his healing factor clearly had repaired said damage... but you ignored that too.
Wolverine let Blade go because he never want to fight to begin with and he doesn't go around killing superheroes in his appartment.

It doesn't need to be show because its been show before. Blade isn't said to be half vampire in every issue he appears it, but he still is. Writers take into assumption that you know something about the characters you are reading, especially popular ones like Wolverine, but apparently the only thing you know about Wolverine is that he isn't black, which seems to be all you need to formulate your opinion on a fight.

He's standing in the middle of waist high grass in Japan and he is on eye level with Spider-man. Regardless Wolverine's healing factor works independent of his will and actually works FASTER when he has Adrenalin pumping.
