Yeah but he was doing reps, which means that his one rep maximum would be alot highier lets not also forgot he was doing strenous actvity before that.
His 1 rep maximum could be 1400lbs.

I doubt the majority of ca comics have him this strong, regardless, snoop showed proof that powerful vampires like baron blood and dracula are stronger than characters like ca and wolverine

I actually debated this on another forum. We see him do at least two, but im assuming that it was from 6-10 because Caps intention was to have a strenous workout. Thats how people workout in the real world I dont see how it would be any different in the MU.

Actually there are lots of strength feats in Cap comics that look around 1-2 ton range the problem is very few of them can be quantified like Big Bertha, most strength feats aren't.
