Whereas Slade has carried an object a "100 men" couldn't budge and he did it underwater.
Slade routinely hangs with the Flash family and has evaded Superman for a short time with his agility.
He's worlds more intelligent.
His equipment is better as well.

Hes also been manhandled by Nightwing twice. Nightwing aint beating Blade.
Blade has beaten Dracula. Draculas has taken on the X men.

the 100 men carried the objec too him, Slade didn't carry it the same distance they did and he was close to the water already, ofcourse it was a great feat none the less.
Blade has tkaen out spitfire, and spitfire admitted blade could kill her, most of the time what I see slade doing is predicting where the flashes will be and acting accordingly (sticking out an object for htem to trip on)
it depends on what you're judging intelligence on, Blade doesn't operate in the world of technology much, but he's a genius when it comes to the super natural (his knowledge is up there with dr. strange)
blade has an adamantium sword, and "enough iron to invade north korea" he had access to SHIELD resources before they were brought down, his equipment is up there (he's no punisher though)
deathstrokes main weapon appears to be his staff which i'm not sure he's used recently...but I might be mistaken
