Quite. That was also before his powerup...

Captain Marvel #42.
He beats up some space cowboys, along with Rick Jones. He rips off a pillar and smacks them all with it.

Here, he fights Stranger! He doesn't really do anything offensively, but he does avoid a lot of blasts. He also gets nailed in the back, which Stranger didn't intend to do, so he leaves. Still a good feat of durability.

You spelled "durability" wrong.

Great thread though.

Captain Marvel #43.
Here, he fights Classic Drax. OK, now I know CDrax is kind of underated, but he had just destroyed two planets! So, he is obviously powerful.
Anyway, Drax spots Mar-Vell, and tries to attack him. Mar-Vell spots this, and dodges. Then they fight a bit, and Mar-Vell goes into space. Drax ends the comic/fight, when he grabs Mar-Vell's leg and tosses him.

Stipulations:
Drax was pissed at the start of this fight.
Mar-Vell only had one band, and he didn't really want to fight.
Mar-Vell had trouble breathing in that atomsphere, for some reason I forget.
It's a really good fight though.

You wouldn't happen to have the scans of Drax destroying said planets, would you?

Here ya go:
#42.

#43.
*I think he just destroys a sun (small) in the same scan too*

Captain Marvel #44.
Here, he comes back, pissed off, and fights or continues his fight with Destroyer. He amps himself in this fight, and tosses Destroyer down into the planet.
I'd say he wins...

Here, he breaks the hand of a robot.

Thanks, that second scan is well - known, but I've never seen the first one before.

Bran , I , I , I ,

LOVE YOU MAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😆

Thanks (I'd post a smilie, but don't have room...).

Captain Marvel #45.
He really doesn't do too much here, but he does fight Rick Jones. After Rick Jones had been draining him (because they share power now, because of each one having a band.
Mar-Vell gains the upper hand, and then the fight gets seperated in the next panel, so I'll just post the whole fight.

Captain Marvel #46.
Here, Supreme Intelligence appears in a physical form, as basically, the Ultimate Kree. Both Rick and Mar-Vell each fight a different one, and Rick powers himself up the whole fight, while Mar-Vell just fights, and get weakened because of Rick. Mar-Vell loses, but he holds his own.

Captain Marvel #47.
Mar-Vell escapes the pull of a black hole.

Marvel fights, and defeats the Sentry again.

Captain Marvel #48.
Cheetah, and Sentry team up against Mar-Vell, and take him down. He takes quite a beating, and finally goes down.

Captain Marvel #49.
Mar-Vell takes on Sentry and Cheetah again. This time, Ronan comes in, and is a little crazy here. Mar-Vell dodges some attacks, and kicks Cheetah away. Ronan then gets attacked by a girl, and then KO's her. Mar-Vell gets pissed, and one-punches Sentry, then flies over and beats the absolute shit out of Ronan.
Like the Super Skrull one, then is why you don't piss off Mar-Vell.

Captain Marvel #50.
Here, the Avengers are fighting the Super-Adaptoid. The Avengers are just getting torn apart. Mar-Vell comes in, and fights him. SA copies the Nega-bands, and the cosmic awareness. He gets stunned by its use, and Mar-Vell slams his bands together, and rescues Rick Jones from the Negative Zone, while also beating him.

Captain Marvel #51.
He fights Mercurio The 4-D Man. He fights him for a bit, and thn gets frozen in a block of force, or something. He breaks out, and Mercurio gets him to listen to him.

Mercurio then gets him to teleport to a place, and traps him. Mar-Vell uses his awareness to warn him of the trap as soon as he enters. A bunch of his henchmen attack, and fight and lose to Mar-Vell.

After Mar-Vell defeats them, and traps them under a building, Mercurio tries to cheap-shot Mar-Vell, and gets beat instead.

Captain Marvel #52.
Here he fights Phae-Dor. He uses intelligence, and blasts to keep him away (since the guy is pretty damn powerful). In the end though, he uses his cosmic awareness to beat him, by destroying his machines.

Captain Marvel #53.
Here, him and Black Bolt start to attack a bunch of Kree, including Phae-Dor. Kind of hard to go through it all, but Mar-Vell beats Phae-Dor, Black Bolt gets beat up a bit, Mar-Vell saves him. Mar-Vell spots a Skrull, and ends a war... etc.

Captain Marvel #54.
Fights Nitro, and after Nitro blows himself up, Mar-Vell uses his smarts to trap him.
Or in other words... easily defeats Nitro.

Captain Marvel #55.
Here, he fights Deathgrip. He doesn't do too much here, but it's still a battle of some sorts. He is about to throw him, and then gets caught in his grip... which ages his victims rapidly.

Captain Marvel #56.
Here is a what happens during this grip.
Cap rapidly grows in age, and then gets tossed aside.
However, he uses his nega bands to absorb solar energy, and then he goes back into his younger self (I thought this was quite a cool feat).

This is also a pretty cool feat. He uses his cosmic awareness to find a wreckage underground, and then rips through it, and gets the Eon Gun. Shows the power of his cosmic awareness.

He goes back and fights Deathgrip. He manages to rip off both of his gloves (while he throws him), and uses his battle smarts to figure out what they're used for.
After he puts them on... he says one of the dirtiest things I've ever heard a good guy say to a villain...
Anyway, he then beats him down.

Captain Marvel #57.
He fights Thor. Captain Marvel wants Thor to kill him, so he can stop a future happening (which I will get to). He takes Thor's hammer toss, and gets right back up, and then he takes lightning, and it momentarly stops his madness. He also hits Thor pretty hard, and causes him pain.
Mar-Vell also had some absorbed energy for this fight.

Continued...

Continued...

Here is what Mar-Vell knows what will happen if he lives. Mar-Vell will destroy the universe!

Then, Mar-Vell starts to absorb a bunch of energy (shows a hint of how much he can absorb, and it's a f*cking lot). He grows really big, and way stronger. Thor then uses his hammer to smash the two bands together, and it gets rid of Mar-Vell's energies (by creating a gateway to the Negative Zone, which sucks his power away, and him).
Also shows just exactly how much energy Mar-Vell had in him at the time... enough to create a new star in the Negative Zone!

Incredible stuff Bran, now when someone underestimates Mar-Vells power, we have evidence to back it up.
