well. he doesn't have a choice. Juggs runs at him with unstoppable momentum and starts knockin the stuffin outta DS, DS will have no choice but to engage Juggs in a slugfest, of which he will ultimately lose. This all while the other teammates attack DS with all their might.

so your saying that juggs stands in front of DS and doesnt let the beams hit the others with the OE, the OE has pinpoint accuracy from accross the universe, which im guessing means it would ahve no trouble going the 4 feet around juggs body

Um, Juggs is punching away at DS, I don't see how DS even gets a chance to shoot his OB. He will be focused on Juggs.

DS can't vaporize Juggs, since Juggs is protected by Cytorrak, who is on par with DS, at the very least.

My vote for the team depends on Juggs being uneffected by DS beam, which I believe is the case.
