Not the specifics, but his name was Shadowdragon. It was kinda lame, because at first I thought his attrirbutes were increased through hard training, then it was revealed that it was tech. Meh. Some issues are in link.

Thanks. I've got his AOS appearance, but not his Superman or AC comic appearances. Wonder how he did vs. Superman in those situations. Because Shiva made him look absolutely stupid. And hurt his manbits, too:
This is just stupid. Mister X went around the world training and then kill the best martial artists in the wlrd. The dudes a top tier MA ion skill. He made taskmaster who had a head start look slow. How does shiva beat him when he literallly knows every move she makes before she makes it? Her on pre cog becomes useless. seem more like wishful thinking from shiva fans then anything
Ne, but he can sure as shit take some one he at least as equal physically to and as skilled. You know how much of an advantage he has. Shiva relies heavly on the ability to read other moves, vs a telepath like mister x it actually a huge disadvantage becuases he knows every time she attempts to read his movements
