Well, he's essentially a God, but then again, his abilities are pretty much like someone like Molecule Man/Doc Manhattan. I just wanted to get some characters like he and XO in the discussion. The placement wasn't set in stone (as I said in my previous post).

I've never read Watchmen so I wouldn't know where to put Dr. M.

Mogo? The planet GL. If he's there, where's Ego?

Doc Manhattan would essentially be Silver Surfer. Possibly more powerful, but he didn't really have a foil/advesary in the storyline to compare his abilities with.

Transcendent is somewhat what we've commonly referred to on the VS forum as Thanos level.

I'd also like to suggest a correction:

Death's Head II (Minion) is far above "Killer Croc" and that ilk. He's at the least Ironman level.

anyone else agree with me that warlock should be transcendent?

I know its based on power set. but the whole surviving time freezes, large scale reality warping, the outer void of the multi-verse, being outside chaos & order/ outside destiny etc. wielding the IG better than thanos. these are particular things that make him above high top-tier imo.
