Bart needs more showings to be moved up for sure. But Bart beating Zoom doesn't bring down Zoom since Bart has ALL the power of an entire Dimension. It is a good showing that Bart is a serious threat.

Well that's where the problem comes in. Bart, on paper, definitely has the power to be Elite or even Transcendent since he's probably the best thing DC has as far as power next to Ion. However he does need more showings.

Still, Zoom being above Bart doesn't fly with what happened between them.

I have always thought of Zoom as Elite Top Tier. He only loses really becuz he wants to. with the exception of fighting a near abstract being in bart. At any rate, how many showings does someone need to be uber. The runner only has one or two and he stays at the top all the time. Should we move someone up or down based solely on one Uber showing?

As far as Zoom and Bart are concerned, we can't say it's jobbing or just one uber showing because thats all we have to go on as far as Bart's power level is concerned. Until proven otherwise, that's just the standard.
