Rob Van Dam wasn't "dangerous" to work with. He's an expert martial artist, he has huge amounts of control in the ring.

However, anything is dangerous nowadays. It's why big guys can't be taken seriously, because power moves aren't allowed. As soon as they stopped Lashley going mental and using The Dominator, he became just a big guy powerslamming people.

They've always been more interested in protecting their stars than say, ECW was, or TNA is, but they've taken it too far now. They might as well have cushions in the ring. I say "now", last I saw.

Did anyone hear Mayweather's barrage of jeers on Raw yesterday?

well i have a lot of friends who smoke cannbis, and i've seen the effects its had on them. and the two who quit it became better people for it. so yeah, in my view smoking pot makes you an idiot. if you wanna discuss it further message me or let me know of a thread.

he was talented, but i'll be honest, he had no presence. he always looked uncertain of what to do, which sometimes was good, but for me mostly it was bad. i just never enjoyed watching him wrestle. plus teh gimmick of looking like a certain action film star was beyond cheese.

didnt booker t get a few titles in the wwe? i dont think he was that overlooked.

That Mayweather thing was pretty good. From what I have read is that members of mayweather's crew tried to act tough and threw real punches at the wrestlers and the wrestlers fired back. Sort of a heat of the moment made the fight close to being legit.

I smoke weed in a on and off basis. Sometimes I quit to take a break. I've never noticed an increase or decrease in my overall intelligence save for ocasionally forgetting random things.

RVD felt uncertain of what to do because he was limited. Just look at all the shit he does in ECW when fighting someone as good as him. Take for example the times Sabu, RVD and some other guys attack each other in what appears to be an impressive choregraphy. To be honest he was held back, leashed and was told to put on a stupid personality. Please...why would they make someone like Cena, Orton and Edge multiple time champions and just use RVD to boost ECW for a month. Cheap ass WWE.

Not getting the heavyweight title is getting overlooked. **** even Rey Misterio got it.

RVD was and is still my favorite wrestler of all time. He did have a run IIRC, but it ended 'cuz he & Sabu were driving in a car full of drugs. The run however came waaaaaay too late (should have had it during the invasion & could have been used to break up some of Cripple H's redundant & unnecessary title reigns) & when it finally got here, it was a lousy one. RVD was able to beat Kurt fvcking Angle cleanly in under 10 maybe even under 5 minutes, but he had to have help to beat John "same old shit" Cena (I don't really have anything against Cena, but that chant was funny. RealECW fans are the best). That was lame as hell.

Not really. It's not like he talks w/a fake french accent or something.

RVD isn't an "idiot", and he did have ability... But smoking weed has an effect on how well you process certain information... Maybe not how overall "intelligent" you are, but it definitely affects the processing of certain info... You can't deny that...

Anyway... Is it just me, or is there a complete lack of factions in the E right now? I mean, during the 90s, we had the Nation, D-X, the Ministry, the Brood, the Hart Foundation, Las Barocas (I think that was their name), the Disciples of Apocalypse, etc. Now, we have absolutely none... He used to have the New Breed, and it was looking awesome (Burke was great as leader), and I was expecting Colt and Ace to be brought up to form the Second City Saints with Punk in ECW at one point, but now they all just got written out of the storylines...

I have always suggested that Edge bring in Chuck Palumbo and form a "Cutting Edge" faction with Ashley Massaro (ditch Guerrero), the Major Brothers, and Palumbo... But as we all know, the E doesn't listen to the majority of its fans...

I agree, I miss those days of "gang warfare" I think it is stupid to have just one faction like with Evolution. TNA does a better job right now with factions and tag teams the wwe.

RVD had some of the best matches of all time with Jerry Lynn whilst stoned off his arse.

Elite, I've said that for ages now.

There's no divisions really. No tag team division, just tag team belts that makeshift teams fight for.

Yeah. He was gonna win the Money in the Bank match and so far all winners end up being the WWE champ.

It sucks to be Jeff Hardy now that's for sure,not only did he get suspended for 60 days but on friday night his house brunt down and he lost everything in it including his dog ,no one else was in the house at the time.

also, i got to watch two matches from raw just gone, they were triple h v kane, and jeff v jericho...

god was i disappointed... jeff and jericho seemed so... laboured... if the match had been five years ago, it would have been the sole reason to tune in, but god, it was just...

kane v triple h... dang... kane has many talents, but being a mat wrestler isnt one of em, and the oh-so fake pedigree... just... 🙁
