from what i remember there was a dress code on a tour possibly in europe? cmpunk didnt abide and taker had words with him. cena didnt abide either, though there was nothing mentioned as to why. either because hes a poster boy or there was a genuine reason.

thought WM was pretty good. while a streak may not be that important in a staged 'sport', its history all the same and stands for something.

man it was hard watching that goodbye speech. He was my hero when I was growing up. All you have to do is look at his return and see that he not only stole the show at each Mania but all the "match of the year" since 2004 were him vs someone else.

when it comes to WWE, there's only one man who's the best there was, the best there is and the best there ever will be: Shawn Michaels

nah. Rock was a good entertainer and good on the mic...but he was never a great wrestler. Shawn was a good entertainer, good on the mic and a superb wrestler. there's a reason why everyone compares shawn to Ric Flair all the time.
i mean, heck, with damaged knees and a broken back, Shawn gave us matches of year CONSECATIVELY from 2004 till 2010. and the only reason he didn't win it for the year before was because the 45minute match between Hunter and Shawn just occured a week after the awards show.
Rock, with perfect health, only gave us two matches of the year.

so no.

I thought the send off for Shawn shoulda been better, like with Ric he had wrestlers come down and it was big but for Shawn it seemed smaller and not as good

agreed. it was only hunter who came out.

Taker did as well but he didn't do much, he just nodded his hat at him as a sign of respect...so just two came out for Shawns send off but I feel like more people should have come out...like his old tag partner Marty Jannetty from when him and Shawn were the rockers

* the basis is the "match of the year"? i don't think so... i've seen great matches which did not won awards... the Rock is a better entertainer, hell a lot better on mic and let's just say an average wrestler (just to be fair)... although with his obvious athleticism and charisma, that makes up for most... he shows-off better and swifter kip-ups than anyone else, has flashy set of wrestling moves in his own right, i mean, do you remember his float-over (swinging) DDT in Attitude Era? his Samoan drops (even on Umaga)? his scoop slams before People's elbow (even on Mark Henry, Taker and Kane)? Rock throws all these arsenal considering he's on Speedy/Roughneck category while HBK is definitely a High-flyer/Technical... hehehe, THQ games... 😛
