Solid Raw tonight even with the dead air Steph segment.

Miz & Ziggler was good

Ambrose & Cesaro was great until the finish

Heyman earned his pay tonight

Most enjoyable Raw in a while, for me.

Ziggler and Miz put on a match that wouldn't look out of place in a good ppv.

Ryder won. Holy ****, Ryder won.

New Nation of Domination.

Nikki nip-slip.

Ambrose and Cesaro was good, aye.

Sad that they spoiled the whole Lesnar thing, though.

So whats your thoughts on a new Nation? Do you think Titus & Truth should join?

Am watching Raw right now. Steph just got arrested.

I'll give it to -pr-, he was right about the Muz's persona. Spectacular performance. Loved his outfit matching his belt for the entrance, too!

Nip slip? Must rewind....

Or just google it lol.

Miz botched hard in the ziggler match more than once, I think him and Ziggy have chemistry but they need to clean it up.

The chemistry made up for any gaffs for me.
New Nation, eh? Could be good but they need more members. Truth and Titus were mentioned, am i missing any other black wrestlers on the roster?
Triple H was great, leaving Steph on her own. Not happy with lesnar of course, but Heyman will keep me interested.
Orton just needs to realize he's dropped the ball too many times to have faith put in him.

Loved Paige's hell turn on AJ.

Steph getting arrested was great.

Ambrose vs Cesaro, Awesome.

Lesnar returning and Heyman's promo, epic.

No John Cena, Thank you lord 😄

Ziggler has had a couple of matches recently that didn't flow as well as they could have. It's his high speed style that was catching them out, as Sheamus and Miz haven't had time to get used to Ziggler like say, Del Rio has. it'll come in time, i'm sure.

Tbf Del Rio & to a lesser extent Sheamus are very polished in ring workers, Miz isn't no offence to him because he will carry the promo work.

I like this fued but I'm sad Fandango & Ziggy never got to have a real good match.

They are polished, but Del Rio worked with Ziggler a lot, so he has a much greater sense of how to work with him and build a rhythm. Sheamus hasn't had that same opportunity, and it's been years since Miz and Ziggler wrestled.

Miz is a solid enough worker imo. He's not a natural like say, Ambrose or Punk, but he does work hard to get his stuff right. I thought his match last week on Raw was excellent, for example, and it wasn't like Sheamus carried him.

Yeah, Miz has worked hard to get better. I respect that.

He has. He was awful when he first started; he even admitted that teaming with Morrison saved his career.

It's hard for me to hate him, because he genuinely loves wrestling. He's not just some bodybuilder that thinks it's a good way to make money; he's been a wrestling fan ever since he was a child. And like you said, he has worked hard. when he was botching, he worked to get safer. when he started doing the figure four, he practiced and practiced to get it right (and nowadays does it perfectly well). Hell, even when people were giving him shit about not working the legs enough, what did he do? he introduced new moves to his moveset that specifically target the legs.

****ing shame he was buried by Cena back when.

Well put!

I remember when he and Morrison split, everyone i knew predicted he'd Janetty in a few months.
I took a lot of flak for backing him!

Well JoMo did effectively kill his chances at being a star with his horrid promos, same thing happened to Shelton Benjamin.

I say this as a big fan of both men.

Sting wins the belt at MSG thus accomplishing 2 great feats in one.

Who's he win it from?

I think Sting debuts in September; by that time Brock should be champion. Given his part-time deal I would expect Brock to drop the belt in December.

Sting wins it from Brock and holds it until the next PPV.

Brock is signed till April.

Sting most likely wont be cleared for ring work, either.

Brock might be signed til April, but because of his condition I doubt we'll see him more than every couple of months; maybe one raw per month or something in the run up to his next ppv.

Honestly, at this point I think we'll be lucky if Sting wrestles anything remotely approaching a decent match. Screw the titles, just let me see him in a WWE ring one time, have it not be shit, and that would be enough for me.

Yeah; being a good talker is far more important than being a good wrestler a lot of the time.

Yeah, Miz has his detractors.

The thing he has going for him is that unlike a lot of guys who learned how to wrestle first and talk second, Miz has been a natural in front of the camera long before he was even a remotely good wrestler. Sure, there was that nervousness the first time he was on Divas search and so on, but it's hard to find many guys that are just as comfortable on the mic as he is.

And the dude never breaks character. Look at him during his match with Ziggler last week. Things that needed split-second reactions were maintained to keep his gimmick going.

Speaking of Ziggler... Anyone think him using the superkick more is a sign that they're finally gonna push him again?

Do NOT mess with the money maker.

As for Ziggler, i dont even want to guess any more. Every aborted shot at getting back in the limelight is painful. Poor guy.
