Miz V Ziggler: Best feud right now. Another shouty Ziggler promo, but those tears...

Being an ass doesn't make you a heel though. Lately, it really seems like the only reason we should be booing Rusev is because he's foreign, not because he's an actual heel.
Okay so what are you saying? We should try cheering Lana and Rusev instead or sit there wondering how to react to them?

Zigs and Miz are tearing the house down. They both compliment each other so well in their work.

I've been rooting for rusev over reigns for a while, the guys a beast

Miz/ziggler have been improving ever since the KFC ad

Oh man....i know everyone already knows this....but it's just sad that kayfabe is dead. IT'S WHAT MAKES WRESTLING DAMN IT 😠

I'm saying react however you want to them. I'm just also saying that in the Rusev v Reigns feud, Reigns has been more of a heel than Rusev has. Even if you go back during Rusev's other feuds, he isn't always booked like a heel. He wins a hell of a lot of matches by just being that good a wrestler. He rarely cheats. Sure, he's a bit of a dick, but the list of faces that were also dicks is a mile long.

Even when they would talk about Rusev and Reigns, they literally built it up as Rusev wanting revenge for being wronged, not Reigns doing it the other way around.

Being foreign isn't enough to make someone a heel. It used to be, sure, but those days are gone.

And to nail my point home:

Actually how is Reigns more of an ass in this feud?

Generally you're right that being foreign is not enough to make you heel. Fortunately, foreign heels are booked as heels that do nothing but insult the people and its country...which what Rusev does 😄

What has Rusev done to Reigns that was worse than what Reigns did to Rusev?

Rusev was a proper, full on heel when they did all the Putin stuff, and was still pretty heelish during that awful angle with Ziggler (though the fish throwing was excellent), but with Reigns? Reigns has been a far bigger dick than Rusev during their feud, culminating in the wedding thing.

BTW, I don't usually watch TNA, as I don't really have much interest in non-WWE stuff, but I watched a youtube playlist of the Broken Matt Hardy saga, and I have to say that it is excellent. The whole thing is absolutely brilliant, and reminds me a lot of the early 90s Jake the Snake/Undertaker stuff.

Really, really good stuff, and I'm even going to watch Bound for Glory.

Well if we look at some context, the cake thing was an accident. Now of course Reigns did not even need to be out there in the first place, but he did kindly asked for a match or sarcastically asked for a toast, which led to Rusev throwing the first blow. I don't even need to mention Rusev quick sneak attack on Reigns at Summerslam.

Everything after the wedding can easily be explained as Rusev wanting revenge and not being able to get it, though.

Revenge for an accident? fine Reigns did not really apologize but still.....

It's safe to say, that Reign's has reverted back to SUPERHUMAN status once more.

You can't really call it JUST an accident though, when he shouldn't have been there in the first place.

Either way, I don't see this feud ending well. They don't have great chemisty in the ring together imo, and putting them in a cell is just... I don't think it's gonna be that good. It's sad too, as they're both decent in the ring (though Rusev is a notch ahead imo).

Raw was all right. The promo between JeriKo and New Day were funny, and the women's match was good, but bar that not a lot got me interested or invested.

So did anyone watch Bound for Glory? It was actually all right, and had some pretty decent matches. The Hardys v Decay was a really good hardcore match, with some great character work and a great finish. The main event with Lashley (who has come a hell of a long way) against EC3 wasn't super, but that spear at the end was pretty damn impressive.

Then what do i call it?

I honestly don't expect much from this feud in the first place, but Rusev has been US champ for 2 times and i'm not saying he did not do a good job...but i don't mind a new champion now.

To be honest i don't mind as he has the look and build for it. More so than Cena at least.

Well in my opinion, it will make his matches too predictable..like Cena's. I am sorry, I just can't stand overcoming the odds no matter what. We have had too much of that from Cena.

Don't you mean the outcome is too predictable? When has it never been truly predictable? So yeah, i can understand your concerns but that does not mean Roman can't have good matches.

What I am saying is, that the characters of Cena and Reigns are predictable. Had Roman not abused the wellness policy, I am sure as the grass is green, that he would have not lost to Balor, and Rollins cleanly. You have to admit, Vince does have a hard on for the guy. When Cena loses, it's somehow a poor excuse plus, he always gets his win back.

I am still skeptical about Roman having a good match. So far this feud with Rusev, is making Rusev look bad.

you can call it what you like, I just think it's been piss-poor booking, and half the time rusev looks like the good guy, when he really shouldn't.

are you genuinely all right with their being a "Superman" character? As much as I hate the term I mean.

There's a difference between thinking someone is going to win, and expecting them to win.

People expected Cena to win so much that it sucked the joy out of most of his title matches for a lot of people, and it was a genuine shock the handful of times he lost.

on the other hand, did anyone expect AJ Styles to beat Cena AND Ambrose? No, but he isn't built as invincible, so it's exciting.

Characters are predictable? you mean what they are gonna say on their promos and how they act in their matches? Well okay some of it's true. I rather not think what would have happened if Roman did not get suspended. When Cena loses, it's due to dirty pins and tactics which happens most of the time the face loses to the heel. In my personal opinion, getting the win back in general and for Cena's case some of it were acceptable.

If Cena in his age right now can get 5 star matches, so can Roman...possibly.

Well fine, say what you want about the feud. Like i said, i really don't care about it. If you hate it then it's fine.

I don't mind a superman character unless it's taken to far, like utterly boring promos and matches. Cena had a lot of great matches and promos. Roman has some good promos and good matches. In my personal opinion, a boring promo is watching Natalya and a boring match is Ambrose doing nothing but flailing his fist around as usual. We haven't gotten there yet as you can see.

There is a difference and i really don't know why you mention it. To a lot of people it's going to be the same thing, ''Cena is going to win''. But no matter, we are past all that anyway. Now Cena has 8 out of 10 chances of winning matches from this era on.

You don't think that the matches, even when they're good, are brought down when you expect one guy to win constantly?

I mean, I enjoyed Cena's US open challenge, but I know I would have enjoyed it a lot more if I thought that anyone facing him would have had a chance at actually beating him.

You say we're past it, but now we have Reigns instead of Cena doing the exact same thing, and lets be fair, Reigns isn't half the wrestler or talker that Cena is. He can put on good matches, but he's not in that class.
