TNA has said their goal is eventually be on monday night to rival the wwe but i dont see that happening for years and personally id rather be able to watch both without flipping back and forth.

to an average fan it is easy to see how it is possible they have somewhat similar nicknames (both have Samoan in them) they do have similar body types and umaga can after joe so i can see someone saying that.Though it is worth mentioning that Joe himself has said he doesn't consier Umaga to be a rip off of him.

notice i never said that i viewed him as a rip off. I was merely pointing out how someone who watches the shows for the first time or is a fairly casually fan could think one is a rip off of the other.(one of my friends actually thought that but i set him straight.)

Actually in that "partnership" CM Punk will appear on both shows.
