I have found this regarding the condition of the passenger in the nick hogan car crash in august.

A doctor treating John Graziano, who was injured in an Aug. 26 car wreck involving Hulk Hogan's son, said the young man will probably spend the rest of his life in a nursing home, according to court documents. A registered nurse hired by the court to examine Graziano wrote, "the treating physician does state that at best, this gentleman most probably will open his eyes on and off." Graziano's mother, Debra Graziano, is petitioning the court to take over guardianship of her son, who is in critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center. Graziano, 22, a marine who served in Iraq, was the passenger in a yellow Toyota Supra driven by his friend, Nick Bollea, 17, the son of famous wrestler Hulk Hogan. According to court documents, Graziano was not wearing a seat belt. "Well, that's one doctor's opinion, but it's not the full medical picture," said George Tragos, the lawyer representing Debra Graziano. Tragos said Monday that John's condition has improved and he now responds to stimuli.

Guess like there is no feud between HHH and Orton due to what happened at the end of Monday Night Raw.

i think there may be a triple threat at cyber sunday

i've heard its just hhh versus orton with people deciding what match they want, hell in a cell, no dq or falls count anywhere.

the smackdown main event is finlay, batista, rey and khali going at it for the heavyweight belt, fans choosing a guest referee. choices are jbl, mick foley or stone cold.

Well it looks like the idea of the new Heart Foundation debuting within the next month or so is gone due to the rumors of the release of Teddy Heart.(im pretty sure it was because of attitude issues) dam another idea ruined because of a wrestlers mistake.

first off....YOU DANCER, no Cena for around 7 months. There is a huge bad side to this though - it is going to be made out to be the BIGGEST comeback in WWE History (probably more than Austins return from being run over from Rakishi *sigh*)

Orton is champ, thats great. About time he was back on top and having his name in lights. I am not sure about the title condention now. Definatly HHH but with the HBK returning? Perhaps a DX again but against Umaga and Orton *yawn*

Cyber Sunday is upon us, great. i love this show - dont count on a full out main event type vote - its never gonna be a choice between hell and a cell and stuff like a ladder match. Perhaps a no-DQ at best.

Jericho might be back? Beauty, loved him and his sarcy mic skills, yay!

As for smackdown....meh, Taker is still in the shadows just now and Batista holds the title over a boring giant and a mucha-libre shortcake - ouch.

what i've said about cyber sunday is apparantly happening. i get info off a pretty reliable site.

Cena is terrible! I'm glad he won't be polluting my TV for a while.

I usually get annoyed at the creative team not using kick arse matches on cyber sunday. Perhaps next year a long overdue Buried alive match?

well Smackdown over for another week, some good matches, I am going to keep my eye on Jesse & Festus, haha good laugh watching them perhaps Tag Champs soon?

Brothers of Destruction back and better than ever - yup lasted that one match since Undertak is in the heavyweight title hunt.

Shame Matt Hardy is still tag champo with MVshite - think maybe him and Kane should team up someday?
