Magneto can do his Science stuff and Ororo can meditate and get intune with nature more and more and more.

Fight takes place/starts out in The Roman Colosseum

Magneto.

Magneto goes and finds Sage or someone.

Magneto very easily.

Storm. Mistress of the Storms after all.

Magneto. Master of magnetism after all.

Storm has mystical powers. She's above Pheonix but every writer she's had was too much a wimp to write her that way.
