The hassles happen when people try to get Spirals power and stuff like that.
I can't forsee every potential problem but trust me they will show and just slow everything down.
I don't care about most of what Leo says.
The fact is this.
One category is being allowed absorb things from another to make that category stronger.
None of the other categories are allowed to do this. Essentially one Category is getting an unfair advantage over the others. Plus it isn't like it is the weakest category there is when you can draft the tourney limit in it.
No matter how Leo puts it he didn't earn the knowledge through normal means he has to absorb from the person directly.
Therefore either every category should be able to do this after the match or none of them should.

oi--we need a definitive ruling because i've ALREADY run the idea of leaving during prep past digi, ill, AND goob and NONE of them said anything about it being illegal . . .
4. 10 minutes of prep time will be available before each match. You can do pretty much anything you want during prep as long as you don’t attack or spy on the other team.

i think he let us have that 'pretty much whatever we want' clause because it is ONLY 10 mins and so even if we CAN leave the battlefield, we have very little time to do all that much.
and of course -- we STILL can't do anything that will amp any SINGLE character beyond the caps. at least that is the way I'VE been viewing prep in my match and in other matches.
