But how many issues has he been in to have enough feats?
I actually think melee weapons should be factor in. h2h the most important, but abilites to have skills in weapons should be factor it. We said that we wanted less people in the high tier, and this might be a good way. When individuals are tied with one another ons skill in h2h maybe we showed go to each weapon skills inorder to make the higher tiers small, less individuals. I mean second tier fighter could take a top tier the majority, if they are skilled enough withs weapons while to the top tier is only skilled within a single aspect which means it makes him vulerbale.

Additions:
I've added Alpha (Michael Sommers) and the "Mad Dog" to third tier for now. The latter actually managed to kill Batgirl, but imo it's more due to brutality than pure skill. As always their placement is subject to discussion and change.-----------------------------
Notes:
- The last tier has been dissolved. If you think a character that has been removed should be re-added or a character that has been retained be removed then suggestions are welcome.
For reference purposes the characters removed were the following:
Apocalypse, Grace Choi, Hulk, Monet St. Croix, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man,- N.B. The Top Tier are characters above ~90th percentile of the total hierarchy top tier and under.
There are currently 18 Top Tier slots divided as follows:
Marvel - 8
DC - 8
Independent/Other - 2- If you feel a character should be moved up or down, please actually state such, so that I do not have to guess intentions.

-mr. X top tier
-tyger tiger for top/second tier
and champion should be trans on principle alone, he got mantis in a full body lock that she couldn't escape from with ease.
-mariko oyama (deathstrike) for second tier

LOL, maybe you could just tell me what goes on because I can only go with the way Creed was portrayed in the past. Like in Wolverine 126 or 128 or whichever issue he hands Logan his ass he was said in one of the boxes that he has the skill of a ball room brawler. Don't you just love when writers change everything lol? I guess it doesn't matter since those were also the days he was acting under his own will and did whatever he wanted. You know before Daniel Way and Loeb decided to ruin the character and turn him into a sniveling ***** of Romulus.

To be able to take on cosmic powered characters using MA eg Mantis tripping up Runner and taking on Obliterator

He would lose but I think he would at least give a fairly good match and then get beaten by a superior opponent. Wolverine fought Gamora breifly but would have probably lost in the end.

I think he is as well.
