Tier 2 is a master martial artist. Gambit has been stated to be a master of savate in one of his issues.

one statement does not make you second tier. It based on skill levels. There are many idnviduals more skilled then gambit, If we went off just statements every single street level character would be 2nd tier.

well according to you statements a lone make your tier. If so silver samuria has been stated to be the master of numerous martial art styles.

To be honest silver samuria is one of the characters such as blade who suffer from this beeing h2h MA. Not weapons. Silver Samuria based on h2h feats should be dropped most likly however if weapons were included he make 2nd tier easy.

I have no problems with blade being second tier if weapons are in it. He along with other suffer greatly with out weapons in tthis thread.

I always assumed we took into account weapons for example swords,staffs etc. They are still martial arts and many arts incorporate use of such weapons into their curriculum.

If we don't include weapons then quite a few guys on the table are in trouble. lol

the old man doesnt make it he doesnt have the stamina to keep it up many of the martial artist can evade him till he is tired, besides the old man was using a weapon.

Yeah but its supposed to be h2h ranking. 😒: Unless the character proves that he has good martial art skill as well its not really allowed. I mean Black Knights h2h skil is way below his sword skill, you cant then put him in the same ranking as somebody who has better h2h.

edit: Apparently his bio states hes an excellent martial artist but ive never seen BK fight without a sword.
