I am mainly "indies" fan and I could bring out a load from many different companies. So yeah having separate companies would be better.

Exactly.

There are a hundred marvel characters below top tier. When you have a hundred valiant characters below top tier as well, we can start giving them 'equal representation.'

As it is, the other companies get OVER represented compared to the sheer volume of Marvel/DC characters.

Why? I currently own every single one of Iron Mans own comics, and as far as MA is concerned I do not see how he made the list that high. Captain America taught him a few moves, and anytime he needs them outside of his armor he generally sucks and gets in a lucky blow or two. He is like the common thug just with about a days worth of MA training to make him slightly above them 😬

Also they are separate events, so moving one does not affect the other.

But my only problem with those two as second tier is who they are in there with.
