I don't think we should fill up the list with more than two versions of a character. World War Hulk and Normal Hulk are the only ones that should make the list. There are other characters that should make the list before we put up four/five incarnations of one.

Edit: I just wanted to add that I understand that Superman probably reaches the cusp of the Elite even without rank but with Glads and Beta ray Bill down a tier I don't see how he would be above those guys.
I mentioned earlier that Beta Ray Bill needs to go up a level. Thanks for mentioning that. I don't see him as above Superman, though. Your point about him getting knocked around and finding some way to win in the end was a good point, but I remember a writer throwing that into a Superman comic once. Sorry, I can't remember what issue it was. Basically, Superman admitted to holding back in most of his fights because he was afraid of seriously injuring an opponent. This has gotten him knocked around a few times and even gotten him in trouble. My guess is that the writer was doing this to retcon a reason for all of his past troubles given his degree of power.
Anyhow, back to Beta Ray Bill. Someone in the "verses" thread pitted Black Adam against Beta Ray Bill and surprisingly, a lot of people were voting for Bill. I'd like to request a vote be given on whether or not Beta Ray Bill should be moved up one level to Thor's tier. Now, I don't know the exact ettiquite involved in such a thing, so please don't b-slap me for not knowing.
If a vote does occur and my vote counts, I vote yes.

He was clearly frustrated and admitted that he was not quite on their level. The best fight was against the Runner. I like that elder. The only one he was able to defeat was this Terminator wannabe whose name excapes me and that was only because Surfer took his weapons away from him.

There's enough to move Vulture. BA/CM is too split to be useful...they'll likely have to stay where it is.

Actually, he's done a ton of stuff non-prep to put him at that level. Some of his more impressive showings even warrant consideration for Mid (though I wouldn't go that far). Doom definitely belongs in Low Herald, even without prep.

Also, as for the "you're the mod", the Ronan thing is just my opinion. I don't really hold any more sway than anyone else in this thread, except the power to edit Page 1. But if you can get enough support, cool.

True dat. BA/CM and BRB are hotly debated, but there's so many on both sides, that it wouldn't really be fair to do anything to them because we can never get a solid majority. Leaving them be seems the best policy.
