I agree with moving Falcon and Vulture down from low meta. They don't possess any natural abilities, nor are their "wings" particularly good. Add that with second rate martial art skills, in Vulture's case, none. Vulture has done NOTHING that puts him on low meta.

On second thought, I might agree with letting Falcon stay, so I'll hold my vote on him.

How bout splitting the 4 core hulk incarnations up? Might help in debates.

Also a split for Abomination,1 tier for original/Galaxy master power,and another for regular.

I think low herald is a good spot for him. He and Gamora tied in Annihilation and I think that a mid herald character would've won. I'll hold my vote though.
