Firestorm's ranking needs to be changed...
Some of the things he can do....
Create GL-esque constructs sufficient to beat legions of Parademons, then go on to BFR those parademons via a boom-tube he can manifest from thin air, FS has also transmuted living matter on more then one occasion, he can change the atomic structure of anything he encounters into element(s) of his own choosing, FS can make himself and others travel instantaneously by simply changing various energy signals around them, FS can change the composition of energy blasts used against him into completely harmless types of energy, he can go intangible, and teleport on a whim, he can alter his size dramatically, can absorb massive amounts of energy, and has the ability too see into the future via subatomic wormholes existing throughout the FS Matrix...
In fact,
An amped up Kalibak was able to easily beat Orion (whom coincidentally, is ranked as a mid-herald level himself).... Firestorm then went on to pwn Kalibak... [that's a mid-herald feat in itself].
(All of this can be backed up with scans, if need be)...
Bottom line is that Firestorm has done more then the greater majority of mid-herald level characters listed above, let alone the low-herald characters.
I notion to bump FS up to AT LEAST mid-herald, and possibly high-herald [having feats on par with some of them as well].
What say ye? 😄

Indeed, FS has my vote to move up. He definetly like you mentioned can be in high hearld, I guess it can depend who he merges with too, since it helps with the likes of the Professor rather then a random construction worker.
He definetly has the power, it's the skill part that is in question.

Recently he beat Killer Frost by using his powers very wisely, [ie. turning the battlefield into antifreeze].
That very same issue, Killer Frost was pwning Wonder Woman, [another mid-herald character ranked above FS].
Sheer versatility is what makes FS so lethal. He needs to be no less then mid-herald, imo.
I have all the issues of the new run of Firestorm, trust me I know. I actually completly agree he should be raised. However, at times he has shown to be inept when it came to his powers. He is always learning, but yes he isn't potentially the strongest hero on Earth for nothing. I definetly could vote for him to be high hearld
