Alpha Flight #100 (Vol.1) or Alpha Flight Special - 4/4: Galactus
Guardian has sent half of the heroes to the Quwrlin homeworld in order to battle Galactus. Just so some don't snap, the Quwrlin rebuilt Mac to go against Galactus and their entire race based their entire purpose on studying Galactus. So it's not farfetched he could take out a weakened Galactus. Also this dimension was messing with Galactus's powers as he couldn't perform cosmic blasts, but still had his physical power and before James steped in it took the combined efforts of Alpha Flight and the Avengers strongest members just to hold him off.

Well if Strange is sub-skyfather that's where she should be. However, the Talisman 20,000 years ago was vastly superior to Strange and current Talisman defeating Llan one on one.
